金属材料测试Metal Material Testing

金属材料范围涉及对黑色金属、有色金属、机械设备及零部件等的机械性能测试、化学成分分析、金相分析、精密尺寸测量、无损探伤、耐腐蚀试验、断口分析、无损、焊接试验、工艺试验、失效分析、逆向分析和环境模拟测试等。

Testing of metal materials ranging from pairs of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, machinery and equipment and spare parts and other mechanical properties testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, precision dimensional measurement, nondestructive testing, corrosion testing, failure analysis, reverse engineering and environmental simulation testing.

实验室配备有全谱直读光谱仪（OES）、高频电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪（ICP-AES）、原子吸收光谱仪（AAS）、三元坐标测量仪（CMM）、金相分析仪、XRF荧光、电脑库仑测厚仪、涡流测厚仪、分光光度计、氮氧仪、碳硫仪、循环耐腐蚀试验箱、**拉力机、冲击试验机、布氏硬度计、全洛氏硬度计、 维氏硬度计、显微硬度计、无损试验设备等各类试验仪器数十台。
